New Facebook Page, A History Lesson, and Some Josh Thoughts

While we're patiently(or impatiently, in my case) waiting for the US Tour venues, tickets, times, and so on, I decided to bring up a very interesting link from Facebook that I found yesterday.

Anyway, someone on Facebook made a very nice page for Josh fans like myself, and the other 3,498 people that like it. I was randomly searching around on FB while I was hanging out with my friends, and I decided to type in Josh Madine to see what came up. Of course, I saw a whole lot of Josh Madines, who are likely to be impostors(if that happens to be you, I suggest you delete that page immideately). Then, a page popped up that said Josh Madine: Musician/Band. I thought, okay, this looks pretty decent, so I checked it out. The page is probably a few years old, but it looked like it was in good shape, complete with lots and lots of pictures and lots and lots of wall posts. So, without wasting much time, I liked the page. If you have a Facebook account and are a Josh Madine fan(atic) lol, I suggest you like this page as well. I'm not forcing anything on anyone, but who knows, maybe Josh will feel good if he ever checks that page and finds one more person who liked it.

Since Libera isn't being very active at the moment, I'm gonna upload a few older things, just to keep everyone entertained.

First up, a song I like to listen to before I go to sleep. It's so much like the new Deep Peace!! The name is Attendite.

Libera Luminosa is also from the Luminosa album. It's based off of Clair de Lune.

I have to say, San Damiano is probably the furthest back you can get with Libera. I have almost no knowlege of any of the singers from wayyy back then, but that just means I need to touch up on my history.

Yes, I know exactly what I'm doing. This really wasn't far back at all, but this is one of my favorite songs sung by my favorite singer. Go Josh!!! You Were There by Josh Madine.

Speaking of which, I just want to share a few thoughts about Josh Madine.

1) Josh is NOT Britain's Justin Bieber. No, no, no.

2) I wish he had more solos from now when he's older. I miss being able to look forward to the next Josh song coming out, because now I don't even know how long he will be in Libera.

3) I really hope he comes along to the US Tour. I've never had a chance to see him in person, so I'm afraid that if he doesn't come now, he might not ever come again.

4) He is just too cute :)

5) I can't wait for his brother to join Libera

6) I like his haircut haha

7) Where did the time fly?? There was a time where Josh was about half my height now. Whyyyy did he grow up so fast? I really liked the baby pictures

8) He is an angel

9)I didn't know hie cousins were Jakob and Sam and Alex!!! That is so coool! It really is like one big, happy family.

10) Josh, you are too cute for your own good. You sing like no one has ever sung before. You smile and the world lights up. You are so cool, Josh Madine!

Libera's USA Summer Tour

Sorry about the huge break in posts, everyone. :( It's really been a while since Libera announced something big, so I guess I've been slacking off. Forgive my negligence. I promise I will update more often.

The big news for this summer was posted a few days ago on the Official Libera website:

We are delighted to announce that we expect to tour in the USA in the Summer. We will be performing in the Twin Cities, the Windy City, the Gateway to the West and the Lone Star State.

- Minneapolis MN 27th July

- St Paul MN on 29th July

- Chicago IL on 31st July

- St Louis MO on 3rd August

- Frisco TX on 7th August

- Houston TX on 9th August

We will announce details of venues shortly.

When I read this, I froze. I could just not believe my eyes! Libera is really coming to the US!!!! Thank God!!! I was really upset that I missed last year's summer tour, but now I have the chance to make that up. Since I'm not old enough to drive to the concerts myself, I had to ask my parents to take me. With a little begging and lots of flashy smiles, I'm pretty sure I've convinced my dad to take me to the St. Louis concert on the 3rd. And I'm bringing a few friends along. Ahahahahah, I feel so giddy right now. Lol.

I feel like I'm the luckiest person on earth right now, but I'm also really excited about all the fans in the US like me who will FINALLY have the chance to see and hear Libera in person. Also, my condolences to all the countries who have been expecting Libera to come see them this summer. Your turn will come soon, don't worry.

I hope that Josh will make it to this tour. Since he was probably studying hard for exams last tour, maybe he has time to come along this summer. Oh, let's hope, let's hope! Wow, I can't possibly imagine being in the same room as Josh Madine, and Liam Connery, and Ben Phillip, and all those gorgeous boys I'm leaving out. Hahaha, giddiness again!

Tom Cully's New Do

So one day I was searching good ol' Youtube for some Libera treasure hunting, and lookie what I found. I couldn't believe my eyes! Watch the video and you'll see.

Yeah, I said "No way that's Tom." but it really is. This awesome guy in the video is Tom Cully from Libera. Can you believe it?? Look at how much he's grown! It's crazy, right. RIGHT?? His voice has changed so much since he sang the Ave Virgo solo.

I know, I know, this video has been on Youtube for a while now, but I really wanted to share it with you guys. Tom's just too much for me to take on my own :)

But anyways, getting back to the point... Tom is really taking a big leap and flying solo in the musical world. Who knows, maybe Libera was just the beginning of his debut. Tom, we really enjoyed your time in Libera and you were definetely one of my Fearsome Five(Josh Madine, Liam Connery, Ben Phillipp, Tom Cully, Michael Horncastle, which were originally "my guys". It was hard to make the switch to all the little ones, but I'm feeling better about it.) Now, Tom, be free! Be Liberated! Haha that is such a corny joke. We'll miss your angelic voice, but keep on entertaining us with your original music.

Well, just in case you were wondering... you know when I posted that Song of Life video and said to pay attention at a certain part of it? Josh was blown up on the screen for those few seconds. I was mortified when I saw it, and I was so stupid and kept rerunning it over and over and over just to make sure I wasn't dreaming. Let me tell you, I looked pretty retarded :) It was worth it though. Now I have a ton of proof that Josh indeed is still in Libera. Boy, life really feels fresher, doesn't it? Haha!

Let's move on, shall we? All thanks to the Libera Official Website and those fancy schmansy photographers out there(no credits for myself cuz I wasn't there with the camera:) the pictures from the tour are here! Whopee!

 To start us off, a fine pic from whatever place this was. These pictures are in chronological order most of the time(let's hope), so I'm guessing this was from the first Toronto concert. Big boys front and center with the younger and shorter(and cuter :) singers trailing behind. They look so professional!

Aww, guys, stop being cute!! No, take that back, keep the cuteness level to the full max!! Some lovely pictures of Ralph and Jude playing fake hockey. Ralph looks so concentrated, but Jude is really kicking up the fun!

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOO big breath OOOOOOOOOOOO. That's how Libera sings! Can't beat it!! I can see a bunch of the yonger boys in this picture.

Awwww they remind me a lil bit of bunny rabbits in this one!

Freddie Ingles is the cutest thing! He's just like look at me cuz im a cute little boy. And guess what else? When I start to sing, I'm gonna blow your socks off!

In the church and all, they look like angels descending from above with heavenly music to enchant all of us here on earth, mesmerizing our souls with pure serenity flowing from their lips.. yeah that's what Libera music does to your brain... it enhances your vocabulary! :)

Now it's starting to look like a concert! For some reason, the picture with the boys in the hoods, yeah that scared me a little. Don't they look like ghosts?

These look like studio pictures, not tour pictures. I truly wish I was there. Sniffle, sniffle.

Niagara Falls! Well, I guess if you're going to Canada, you might as well stop by the falls, cuz it's one of the most awesome places in Canada. The view looks great, guys!

Stuck in the tunnels! I saw them from the American side, I think. Is that Liam taking a picture on the left? Maybe that's too tall to be Liam.. or Mini-James is really mini! Don't worry Mini-James, that's why you're so cute!

Now THAT"S what I call a funny picture, Mini-Moose just met Big Moose!

Hi, Sammy, Daniel, and Jakob. You're really enjoying that view! I bet you aren't enjoying the cold weather! Well, let me tell you guys, I was there and I was wearing a t-shirt! Aren't you so jealous! Well, I was there last May, so I guess I have nothing to brag about. I hope it's warm in England!

Okay, people, I ask you, can you get any cuter than this?? Mini-James and the seagull are having a staring contest. No, really, it's the cutest thing ever!

I don't know WHAT these kids were doing, but bringing the stuffed moose along to the concert made me laugh for five minutes straight! Kavana's just nonchalantly passing the thing to Cassius(I think). If I was there, I would have needed a pillow to stuff my laughing face in. I wonder what they said about the moose.
Cassius: And this is our stuffed moose, which is our new best friend and partner. I hope you wecome him on every single tour we go on, or he's gonna go Canadian on you. Really.

Mid-concert lights. They were right about their costumes glowing up with the colors. Very fancy and attractive. Who knew monk clothes were so hip?

I think this is my favorite picture in the entire album. The effects and the colore, and the boys kneeling down, and I like how I can see the orchestra on the side. This picture has everything!

The boys are just glowing with pride! The concert is over, the audience is going wild, and it's about time they got a nap, too!

That's a very nice group picture! Who are the men in the back? Probably part of the crew.

Oh NO!!!! It's the attack of the Libera Boys! They're going for the CN Tower! Run for your life!!! XD

That's an awesome group picture! Silly me, I was looking for Josh in this one for some reason. It's okay, one day, he'll be back. For now, everybody looks great!

Look at 'em big boys! Wow I can't believe how tall(and cute :))) they are! Mini-Ben just isn't mini anymore. Jonathan hasn't changed very much, but you can obviously tell he's pretty tall. As for Liam, what can I say, he's towering! I bet I would barely come up to his shoulder. I don't know why, but to me, Liam is still that little redhead kid in older videos. It's weird seeing him all big and tall and stuff. And Mini-Ben's still that really tiny person with the crystal voice(as my mom often calls it when he sings). Well, all their voices have grown richer, which is a plus. Oh well. Nice pic guys!

Great picture, even though by now, they're probably sick and tired of taking pictures and being in concerts and they just want to go home. It takes real strength to keep yourself up for that long. Proud of all of you!

Pic looks really cool with the church and the sun outlining the clouds. I think this was Easter?

WHOAAA! That's a hugggeee church! The acoustics must have been great!

I hope they weren't blinded by that giant light right in their faces! ;)
